Vegipak (“we”, “us”, “our”)
provides home delivery of fresh vegetables, fruits and grocery items in Karachi.
By placing an order through our website, admin panel or mobile application, you agree to the following terms.
1. Orders & Delivery
Orders are normally delivered within two (2) days from the time of confirmation, subject to product availability and delivery slot.
Same-day or next-day delivery may be offered for selected areas or slots, but is not guaranteed.
Delivery is currently available only in supported zones within Karachi as shown in our app/website.
2. Pricing & Payment
All prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
We reserve the right to change prices, discounts and delivery charges at any time before the order is confirmed.
In case of a pricing or stock error, we may cancel or adjust your order after informing you.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any stage before it is dispatched for delivery (status updated to out for delivery / shipped).
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer guaranteed and may be treated as a return request.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, incorrect information, or suspected misuse of the service.
4. No Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of fresh produce, we operate a no return policy once the order has been delivered and accepted at your doorstep.
If you receive damaged, spoiled or incorrect items, you must report the issue immediately at the time of delivery or within a few hours with clear photos.
After our review, we may offer a replacement or credit at our sole discretion; cash refunds are generally not provided.
5. Quality & Weight Variations
Fresh items may have slight variations in size, weight and appearance compared to the images shown.
Final billed weight may vary slightly due to cleaning, trimming and standard market practices.
6. Use of Service
You agree to provide accurate contact information and delivery address so that your order can be delivered on time.
We may suspend or block accounts involved in abuse, fraud, repeated fake orders or violation of these terms.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page and will apply to new orders placed after the update date.
